Puttur, Sep 9 : Feast of the Nativity of Blessed Virgin Mary ("Monti Fest") was celebrated at Mai De Deus Church here on 8th September 2021. Parish Priest V. Rev. Lawrence Mascarenhas , Asst. Parish Priest Fr Kevin Lawrence DSouza and other priests serving in the institutions celebrated the mass.

The new corn was blessed during the mass which was distributed to all the parishioners after the mass.

On the occasion of Nativity feast , Indian Catholic Youth Movement, Puttur Unit conducted two competitions namely 'Altar Sobhai' and 'Kavitha Sang' for Puttur Parishioners. Prizes to the winners were distributed after the mass.
