Udupi : Nativity Feast celebrated at Pamboor parish

Udupi, Sep. 08 : The Nativity Feast was celebrated with great fervour and Devotion at Holy Cross Church , Pamboor. The ceremony started at 7:30AM with showering of flowers and blessing of the new paddy crop. Parish priest Rev. Fr. Henry Mascarenhas blessed the new paddy crop and celebrated the mass. During the homily, he explained about the importance of this feast as a feast of family and togetherness. Parishioners actively took part in the ceremony.

The people who helped with a contribution for providing sweets during the Novena, sponsors were felicitated by Fr. Henry. Sugar cane and cake were distributed after the mass.
