Puttur, March 12 : On the occasion of Lent, ICYM Kokkada unit organized Taize Prayer on Saturday, 9th March 2024 at St John The Baptist Church, Kokkada at 6.30 pm.
Parish Priest Rev. Fr Jagadheesh Pinto, Fr Ashok D'Souza, ICYM President Mr. Pradeep D'Souza, Secretary Ms. Sahana Mariya D'Souza and parishioners were present.

The prayer, guided by Fr. Ashok D'Souza and accompanied by the ICYM team, featured serene hymns and focused on the significance of the Holy Cross.
The altar, adorned with glowing lamps, created a sacred atmosphere for worship. It helped people feel close to Jesus. The parishioners engaged wholeheartedly, embracing God’s blessings during this Lenten period.
