Moodbidri : Annual Feast of Infant Jesus celebrated at Alangar

Moodbidri, Jan 12 : The Annual Feast of Infant Jesus was celebrated with grandeur and devotion at Alangar near here, on 12th January 2020. The Solemn Festive Mass was presided over by Rt Rev Dr William D’Souza, Bishop of the Archdiocese of Patna, at 5 pm. Rev Fr Maxim D’Souza, Professor, St Joseph Seminary Mangaluru, preached on the occasion on the theme - "Our call towards life - Protection and well being".

New Konkani Bhajan DVD "Dulob Jezu" composed by Fr Maxim D’Souza and Fr Walter D’Souza was released by the Bishop. Contributions received while taking DVD will be used for the ICYM's cause of repairing the house of a poor widow.

Many priests, religious, nuns and thousands of faithful, devotees of Infant Jesus despite caste and creed from Moodbidri surroundings and neighbouring places participated.
