Raichur, March 29, 2023 : Yesusparsha Team led by Fr Franklin D'Souza started their three days Lenten Retreat at Our Lady of Health Church (Arogyamathe Devalaya), K. Mariyammanahalli, Raichur Dist, Diocese of Bellary on March 27.

Parish Priest Fr Albert D'Silva welcomed the Yesusparsha Team members namely - Fr Franklin D'Souza, Bro. T. K. George, Prolife Manjula Joy and Bro. Harshith Castelino (music).

At 9:30am Prolife Manjula Joy led the Holy Rosary. At 10am Fr Franklin D'Souza and Bro. Harshith Castelino led the Praise and Worship. At 11am Prolife Manjula Joy shared her testimony and God's love. At 11:45am Bro. T. K. George spoke on "Power of the Word of God & Jesus the Saviour".

After the lunch break at 2pm Bro. T. K. George and Bro.Harshith Castelino led the Praise and Worship. Then Fr Franklin D'Souza spoke on "Call of God to be Evangelizers". He shared his experience on his vocation call. At 4pm healing adoration was led by Fr Franklin D'Souza.

At 5pm Holy Eucharist was celebrated by Fr Franklin D'Souza together with Parish Priest Fr Albert D'Silva & Fr Maxim Dias Parish Priest of Sacred Heart Church, Mudgal.

Retreat concluded at 6pm.

Day 2 :

Second day's Lenten Retreat began at 9am on March 28 with Holy Rosary led by Prolife Manjula Joy. At 9:30am Fr Franklin D'Souza and Bro. Harshith Castelino led the Praise and Worship.

At 10am Prolife Manjula Joy spoke on "forgiveness brings healing". At 11am Bro. T. K. George spoke on "Sin and its Consequences". At 12pm Fr Franklin D'Souza spoke on "Repentance and prepared faithful for confession".

12:45pm to 1:45pm was the lunch break.

1:45pm Fr Franklin D'Souza and Bro. Harshith Castelino led the Praise and Worship. At 2pm Confessions were organised. Nine Priests helped in the confessionals. Meantime Adoration was led by Bro. T. K. George, Prolife Manjula Joy and Bro. Harshith Castelino. At the end of the adoration Bro. T. K. George led the healing session. Fr Franklin D'Souza gave the benediction.

At 5:30pm Holy Eucharist was celebrated by Fr Franklin D'Souza together with Fr Albert D'Silva and Fr Maxim Dias.

Retreat concluded at 6pm.

Day 3 :

Third and final day's Lenten Retreat began at 9am on March 29 with Praise and Worship led by Prolife Manjula Joy.

At 9:30am Fr Franklin D'Souza and Bro. Harshith Castelino led the Praise and Worship. At 10am Prolife Manjula Joy spoke on Prayer Life.

At 10:45am Fr Franklin D’Souza spoke on "Church, Mother Mary & Holy Spirit. Then at 11:45am Bro. T. K. George spoke on "Biblical blessings and its importance".

At 1pm Fr Franklin D'Souza led the anointing Adoration. Then at 1:45pm he celebrated Holy Eucharist together with Fr Albert D'Silva and Fr Maxim Dias.

At 2:45pm Parish Priest Fr Albert D'Silva thanked and felicitated Yesusparsha Team members for their meaningful Lenten retreat. He also thanked all those who worked for the Success of the retreat.

Retention concluded at 3pm. Meals were served for all.
