Mangaluru, Jun 26 : Rosa Mystica PU college Kinnikambala organized this momentous day of investiture ceremony at the college auditorium on 24th June 2022. College held the ceremony with great enthusiasm. It was the occasion where the young students were all prepared to Don the mantle of leadership and discharge the responsibilities.

The newly elected cabinet members greeted and escorted the guest of honor by marching majestically in the auditorium with the rhythmic beats of the college band.

Event began by invoking God’s blessing through a prayer song. The chief guest along with other dignitaries were escorted to the dais. Words of welcome were expressed by Sr Sadhana the principal of the college. Mr Dolphy Lobo, vice president of PTA inaugurated the student council by glinting the lamp.

National service scheme was then inaugurated by Mr Richard Alvarez by unfolding the NSS logo. NSS volunteers through singing NSS anthem drove to the program.

The guest in his message to the students said NSS is important for two reasons: service and leadership. He also advised the students to be a leader who unites the people and not divides the people which encourages students to build good qualities of leadership.

Clubs and associations were then inaugurated by Dr Sr Lolita BS by unveiling the curtain. Her motivational speech and her own life example made the students have strong determination to achieve something great in life.

The words of oath were administered by Sr Sadhana BS the principal. Sr Grace Monica, President of the programme pinned badges to the newly elected cabinet members. The cabinet members pledged to strive their best for the wellbeing of college.

Sr Grace Monica, the correspondent addressed the gathering and highlighted the significance of leadership. She concluded her speech with a moral story.
