Mangaluru, Feb 11, 2021 : Dakshina Kannada Sahitya Parishat President S Pradeep Kumar Kalkura handed over an invitation for the 24th district-level Kannada literary conference to Bishop of Mangalore diocese Dr Peter Paul Saldanha.
