Kinnikambla, Sept 17: Mulki Taluk level throwball tournament was held at Rosa Mystica PU College Kinnikambla, on September 16, 2023. It was jointly organized by the department of Pre-University Education and Rosa Mystica P.U College.

Rev. Sr. Leera Maria, the local manager of Rosa Mystica institutions Inaugurated the tournament by lighting the lamp and addressing the opening ceremony, she said ”Games keep the students mentally and physically healthy”.

Rev. Father Anil Lobo, The Director of YCS, blessed all the contestants.

Speaking at the program Father Anil Lobo said, “winning and losing are great opportunities for teaching children appropriate actions and reactions, and to understand the ups and downs of life”.

South canara district PU College sports coordinator Mr. Arun D’souza and PTA Vice president of Rosa Mystica P.U college Mr. Hasan Ali were present.

As many as 22 teams participated in the competition. An exciting throwball tournament was held and that engaged the audience with utmost excitement and curiosity.

Rosa Mystica P.U College boys team won the Mulki Taluk level throwball tournament and qualified for the district level and where as the girls team secured second place.

Principal Sr. Sadana B.S encouraged the students and felicitated them with the trophies.
