Mangaluru, Dec 8 : ICYM unit of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Church, Nithyadar Nagar organized Children's Day celebration on December 4th, 2022 for children from class 1st - 10th std.

The program was inaugurated by Rev.Fr. Antony Lasrado, parish priest of Nithydar church by lighting the lamp. St.Dominican convent superior Sr.Regina, Mr. Benedict Dsouza vice president of parish pastoral council , Mr. Valerian Sequiera secretary of parish pastoral council, Brother Loy Crasta and Mrs. Daina Dsouza president of Stree Sanghatan and ICYM Nithydar ex president Nithin dsouza were on the dais.

During the morning session, Brother Loy Crasta conducted a session on how to protect and love nature and Fr. Steevan lobo conducted a session on side effects of mobile and social media followed by Mass, thereafter lunch for all children.

During the afternoon session class wise games were conducted, followed by group games.
