Mangaluru, May 16 : Winston Sebastian Pais, a third-year Computer Science and Engineering student of St Joseph Engineering College (SJEC), Vamanjoor brought laurels to the institute by winning the First Place in the State Level Online Coding Contest “Debug Your Lockdown” HACK-2020, conducted by ISTE Karnataka Section.
Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), Karnataka Section had organized this prestigious event completely online, by conducting multiple rounds of Online Programming Tests on the popular online development platform HackerRank. Over 500 students from all over Karnataka had participated in this contest conducted under 2 categories and Winston went onto bag first place under Category 2 that was meant for 3rd and 4th year BE students.
St Joseph Engineering College is proud of this achievement and congratulates Winston on his outstanding efforts.
