Karkala, Jan 16, 2023 : The celebration of the new year at St Lawrence Minor Basilica, Attur began with eucharistic adoration followed by the eucharistic celebration on 31st December. The Eucharistic celebration was presided by Rev. Fr. Roman Mascarenhas, Spiritual Director of the Minor Basilica and concelebrated by Rev. Fr. Alban D'Souza, the Rector of the Minor Basilica and other priests.

After the mass, a cultural program was organized by the youths.
