Mangaluru, Nov 11 : ICYM Katipalla Unit organized EUNION 2.0 for the youths of Katipalla parish on 7th November 2021, at Infant Mary Church Hall.

The programme began with a prayer and word of God. Programme was inaugurated by Ms. Veena Vas, Immediate Past  Secretary,  ICYM Mangalore Diocese along with Rev Fr.  Valerian Lewis - ICYM Katipalla Unit Director; Elias Saldhana - Vice President  & Presilla Cutinha - Secretary of Parish Pastoral Council; Sr. Sowmya, Superior, St. Mary's convent; Vanisha Preethi Santhmayor, Sanchalak of Youth Committee; Allen Dsouza - President of Mother Theresa  Surathkal Deanery.

Kieth Lobo, President of ICYM Katipalla Unit welcomed the guests and the gathering.  Icebreaking was conducted by Pradeep Ferrao, Immediate Past President, St. Mother Theresa  Surathkal Deanery. Tania Dsa, Secretary of ICYM Katipalla Unit thanked the guests. The programme was compered by Reswil Preema Tellis, Amcho Yuvk and Media Rep. 

Elsita Cardoza, P.R.O. of ICYM Mangalore Diocese and Deanery Rep of St. Mother Theresa Surathkal ,  Executive members of ICYM Mangalore Diocese and St. Mother Theresa Surathkal  Deanery were present for the programme. 

Resource person for the day was Mr. Jovel Fernandes. He conducted 2 sessions in the morning on  the topic "BE THE CHANGE - Change in me & Change for others". Joyson Dsa, ICYM member, welcomed and Reswil Preema Tellis thanked the resource  person.

There was a dance performance by Suhail Clinton Dsouza, ICYM Cultural secretary and team. Afternoon session games were conducted by  Veena Vas and team.

Kieth Lobo gave the mementos to the resource person and the guests from central and deanery, as a  token of love and respect.

Reswil Preema Tellis, ICYM Amcho Yuvak and Media Rep thanked each and every one for making the event a grand success.

The programme ended successfully at 3:30pm. Total of  32 youths were present and actively participated in the programme.
