Mangaluru, Aug 19 : ICYM Mukka unit organised 'Yuva Ekvot - 2K19' for the youths of Mukka Unit and celebrated Friendship Day on Sunday, 11th August 2019 at 9:30 am in Holy Spirit English Medium High School Hall, Mukka.

The programme commenced by seeking God's blessings with a prayer song. Jyothi Dsouza – President, ICYM Mukka Unit welcomed the guests and the gathering. Rev. Fr Cyril Pinto, Director - ICYM Mukka unit presided and inaugurated the programme along with Elson Dsouza and Pradeep Ferrao - Resource persons for the sessions, Naveen Alphonso – Animator, ICYM Mukka unit were the dignitaries present for the programme. Rev. Fr Cyril Pinto addressed the youths on the importance of youth in building their careers.

Elson Dsouza inspired the youths with a session on "Why ICYM is required, Importance of ICYM, Why am I in ICYM" and conducted various activities, group discussions.

Pradeep Ferrao accompanied with James Pinto, Fenil Dsouza and Allen Dsouza conducted various activities, action songs and games for the youths. At the end, Friendship Day was celebrated by exchange of saplings. 34 youths were present for the programme. Ashish Dsouza compered the programme.
