Bantwal, Jul 27 : ICYM Delanthabettu Unit organized "Senior Citizens' Day" celebration on 24th July 2022, at St Paul Church Delanthabettu. Pariah Priest Rev Fr. Sunil Praveen Pinto offered a special mass as per the convenience of the elderly people, where a good number of them participated and they were anointed as well.

After the Holy Eucharistic Celebration, The ICYM unit organized a felicitation programme for the elderly people of the Parish . The Parish Priest addressed the gathering and highlighted the topic of old age and the quality of life.

They honored the elderly people and presented them gifts too. There were 17 of them who could participate in the mass actively and a few more couldn't do it and therefore the ICYM members visited them along with Parish Priest in their families and honored them after the programme.

It was a memorable day for the parishioners. The entire programme was compered by Mr Pradeep D'Souza, the secretary of ICYM unit.
