Bantwal , Jul 20 : ICYM Borimar Unit celebrated Vanamahotsava and Plant Distribution Programme on Sunday, 17th July 2022 at 9:30 AM in St. Joseph Church premises , Borimar.

Rev. Fr. Gregary Pereira - Parish Priest, Fr. Felix Pinto, Fr. Francis, Elias Periera - Vice President and Mary D'souza - Secretary, Parish Pastoral Council and ICYM Unit President Arvin Pinto were present as the guests for the programme .

The programme was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Gregory Pereira by distributing the plants to Elias Pereira and Bonaventur Pinto. Fr. Gregory Periera addressed the gathering regarding the personal and social responsibilities of all the citizens towards safeguarding trees and forests.

200 plants were distributed to all the families of the church with a feeling of oneness and to build a good society and environment.
