Mogarnad, Aug 11 : Deva Matha Youth Movement (DMYM) Mogarnad unit in collaboration with KMC Hospital Mangalore and JCI Inspire Mangalore organized a blood donation camp and Ayushmaan card distribution programme on account of 75th Independence Day at Mother of God church mini hall on 07th August 2022.
 
Rev. Fr. Paul Pinto parish priest, Dr. Deeksha Kumar medical officer KMC hospital, parish pastoral council vice president Eida Crasta, secretary Salvodar Lobo, Noel Lobo animator DMYM Mogarnad, Jaison crasta president of JCI Inspire Mangalore, Shilpa Dsouza  staff CODP,  Shashidhar coordinator Karnataka ONE and Reema Crasta president DMYM Mogarnad unit were the dignitaries present on the dais.

Reema Crasta, president of DMYM Mogarnad welcomed the gathering. The camp was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp.

Rev. Fr. Paul Pinto in his presidential speech spoke on the importance of blood donation. He said, "Blood donation is a very noble donation among all other donations".

Ruvina Dcunha proposed vote of thanks, Josephine Dcunha was the MC of the programme.

The secretary Neethashri, Ex- president Sarika poojari, coordinator Vasudha Rai of JCI Inspire Mangalore were also present. Total 32 volunteers donated blood, which was collected under the banner of Red Drop blood bank of ICYM Mangalore Diocese. Many people utilized the Ayushmaan card facility.
