Vittla, March 13, 2023 : Yesusparsha Team led by Fr Franklin D'Souza preached three days Lenten Retreat at Our Lady of Dolours Church, Vittla, Diocese of Mangalore. Bro. T. K. George, Pro-life Manjula Joy and Bro. Harshit Castelino (Music) were members of the team.

Retreat dates were - Friday 10th March to Sunday 12th March. Timings 9am to 1pm.

Rev. Fr Ivan Rodrigues Parish Priest of Our Lady of Dolours Church, Vittla welcomed the team.

Retreat began at 9am every day. Praise and Worship was led by Fr Franklin D'Souza and Bro. Harshit Castelino. At 12pm, there was Eucharistic adoration and at 12:30pm, the Holy Eucharist.

Topics dealt by Pro-life Manjula Joy were - God's love and testimony, Pro-life and Prayer life.

Topics dealt by Bro. T. K. George were - Importance of Lent, Sin and its consequences and Biblical blessings.

Topics dealt by Fr Franklin D'Souza were - Word of God, Forgiveness and Eucharist and Holy spirit.

A good number of faithful took part in the retreat and experienced the healing touch of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Retreat was organised as part of the Centenary year celebration of the Parish.

Rev. Fr Ivan Rodrigues Parish Priest thanked the team and all those who helped during the retreat.

Retreat concluded every day at 1pm. Lunch was served for all.
