Bantwal, July 27 : On the occasion of Day of the grandparents and elderly on 23rd July 2023, ICYM & YCS units of Nithyadar Church, Salethur organized meaningful liturgy during the mass and thanked and praised God for the gift of their Grandparents.
Later on, they visited the houses of the sick and the elderly along with the Parish Priest Fr. Antony, Fr. Manoj, ICYM Animator Mithun Veigas and the other members of ICYM and YCS of Salethur. The members had special concern towards visiting the bedridden, very sick and those unable to come for mass.

During the visit, they prayed for God's blessings on them for their good health and happiness in their old age and sickness. The youth also contributed from their pocket money, and gave small gifts and eatables to the elderly people as a token of love. The youth spent their valuable time with the elderly and asked for their blessings in their life.
