Bantwal, Nov 29 : On the occasion Children’s Day, ICYM unit of Nithyadar Church, Salethur along with YCS and Teachers of the parish, under the guidance of Parish priest Fr. Henry Dsouza SFX and ICYM Animator Nathaliya, organised CHILDREN’S DAY programme on 27th November 2022.

The programme commenced with a formal stage programme. Around 40 children took part in this programme. They were divided into three groups and ICYM members and along with Fr. Manoj and Fr. Inacio conducted several funny games indoor and outdoors, individual and group like :

Individual games:
Tailing the animal, Eating the chakkuli, Lighting the candle, Breaking the coconut, Finding the slippers, Finding the balloon

Group games:
Relay , Carrying the water , Puzzles, Dog and the ball, Dodgeball , Basketting the ball, Snatching the glass

And all the children took active participation. At the end of the closing ceremony, teacher coordinator Philomena thanked everyone and winners were rewarded with prizes.

ICYM members concluded the programme around 4:00 pm with ice cream and all those present ICYM members cooperated for the success of this programme.
