Mangaluru, July 28 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement unit of Holy Cross Church, Eliyarpadav celebrated "Laudato Si– 2023" on 23rd July 2023 in the church premises.

The programme started with a prayer song. President Prinisha Vegas welcomed the gathering. Rev.Fr.John Dsouza Parish Priest, Mr Elias Dcunha Parish Vice President, Mr Everest Roche Parish Secretary and Mr Bernad Tellis, Secretary Parisar Ayog were the guests on the dais. Rev.Fr. John D'souza highlighted the importance of planting trees around us.

President along with ICYM members distributed saplings to the parishioners. Secretary Liza Roche rendered vote of thanks. Melita Pais compered the Program. After distributing saplings to parishioners , ICYM members distributed the same to the surrounding homes, shops, auto drivers and created awareness about the protection of Environment.
