Mangaluru, Sep 4 : Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) Panir Unit celebrated the 75th Independence Day after the first mass on 15th August 2021 in the Church premises.

Achel D'Souza - The President of ICYM Paneer Unit invited the guest to the dais and welcomed the gathering. Rev. Fr Victor D'mello Parish Priest, along with ICYM Animators Dennis Gonsalves and Beena D'Souza, Vice President and Secretary of Parish council Saritha D'Souza and Gretta Dcunha were the dignitaries of the programme.

The flag hoisting ceremony began at 8:30am. The flag was unfurled by the Chief Guest Fr. Victor D'mello and a message was conveyed to the gathering.

Vanisha Dsouza Secretary of ICYM Panir Unit proposed the vote of thanks and at the end of the programme sweets were distributed to all.
