Belthangady, Dec 25 : On 23rd December, "Christmas Souharda Koota 2022" was held  in Renkedaguttu, Belthangady.

It was  organised by the Christ King ward of Holy Redeemer Church.

The program was inaugurated by Dn. Joel Preetham Rego by lighting the lamp and delivered the introductory words.

Little children performed a welcome dance. The chief guests  Fr Clifford Pinto, Shri Ganesh Aital, Shri Mohammad Isaaq Al Fazil Kausari in their speeches highlighted the harmony between different religions.

Mr. Jayananda Gowda, Vice President of Belthangady Town Panchayat was present in the program.

Mrs. Pauline Rego,  Mrs Leena D'Souza, Mr. Philip D'Souza, Mrs. Juliet Pais were present on the dais.

Christ King ward members performed christmas tableau and distributed kuswar to all the gathering.

Philip D'Souza welcomed the gathering, Mr Walter Monis delivered vote of thanks. Mrs Cecilia's Fernandes compered the program.
