Belthangady, Sep 7 : ICYM Ujire Unit in collaboration with Belthangady Deanery organized "YUVA MILAN 2K19" for the youth of Belthangady Deanery on Sunday, 25th August 2019 at 9:30 a.m. in Anugraha English Medium School Hall, Ujire near here. The program began by seeking the blessing of God with a prayer song. Steven Lobo, president of ICYM Ujire, welcomed the guests and the gathering.

Rev. Fr. James Dsouza, Ujire parish priest and director of the ICYM Ujire unit, Rev. Fr. Bazil Vas Director of ICYM Belthangady Deanery, Arun Rebello - Vice-President , Valerian Rodrigues - Secretary of Parish patoral Council, Jaison Pereira Shirthady Belthangady Deanery Representative and Former President Mangalore Diocese, Vivian Fernandes Treasurer of ICYM Mangalore Diocese, Laveena Fernandes - Animator of ICYM Ujire Unit, Sharon Pinto President ICYM Belthangady Deanery, Steevan Lobo President ICYM Ujire Unit, Rose Priya Pinto Secretary ICYM Ujire Unit were the dignitaries of the program.

Rev. Fr Bazil Vas inaugurated the program by watering the plant and addressed the youth. Rev. Fr. James D'souza in his presidential speech, lightened the minds of the youth.

Jovel Fernandes Naravi Treasurer and Manish Sequera Badyar Auditor were congratulated on having been members of the Central Council for the previous year 2018-19. Jovel Fernandes Naravi inspired youth with a session on ‘Why ICYM is required , importance of ICYM , why am I in ICYM ? ’ .

Fr. Bazil Vas Director of ICYM Belthangady Deanery celebrated the Holy Eucharist.

In the post lunch session , the Central Council carried out a variety of activities, action songs and games for all the youths.

Sharon Pinto President Belthangady deanery delivered vote of thanks. Along with Deacon Ronald, 160 ICYM Belthangady deanery members were present for the program.
