Pakshikere : St. Jude's Association in collaboration with ICYM unit holds 'A Day in Convent'

Pakshikere, Sep 30 : St. Jude's Association in collaboration with ICYM Pakshikere organised “A day in convent”, a day with beloved sisters on 29th September 2019 at 11:00 AM in Maria Kripalaya Convent here.

The program began with a prayer invoking blessings of the Almighty led by the members of St. Jude's association. Mr Vincent Patrao welcomed the gathering. Superior of the convent Sister Margaret addressed the gathering after which all the sisters of the convent were honoured for their invaluable services in the church.

Parish priest Rev Fr Melwyn Noronha delivered his speech. Sister superior was felicitated and Mr Valerian Tauro spoke to the gathering. St. Jude's Association celebrated birthday of Mr Robert Dsouza. Later there were games and entertainment program for sisters.

Ms Rolvita proposed the vote of thanks and the program concluded with lunch. Ms Friedal Patrao mastered the ceremony.
