Bantwal, July 18 : Drawing inspiration from pope’s Mission towards Caring for our common home, The Mother Earth, ICYM unit of St. John Marie Vianney Church , Bambil along with YCS and Environment commission celebrated Laudato si on 16th July 2023.

Roshni Sequeira welcomed the gathering . Fr. Jeevan Dmello delivered a speech on the importance of the Environment. Saplings of plants were planted around the church and its surrounding by Rev. Fr.Jeevan Dmello , Mrs. Veena Gonsalves Vice President of Parish council , Mrs. Rupina Miranda Secretary of Parish council , Environment commision coordinator Mrs. Shanthi Almeida, ICYM President Mr. Roshan Sequeira , ICYM animator Mrs. Flavy Dsouza, YCS President Ms. Roshal Sequeira , YCS animator Mr. Wilson Crasta and Mr. Roshan Pinto.

Parishioners were present for the program. ICYM members distributed saplings to the parishioners. Vote of thanks was delivered by Roshal Sequeira.
