Kuppepadav , Nov 18 : ICYM unit of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church here celebrated Children's day on Sunday 15th November 2020 soon after the mass. Fr. Gratian Alvares - Parish Priest , Sr. Rekha - Mariagiri Convent Incharge, Mr Joseph Moras Vice president and Mrs. Lona Rosario Secretary Parish Pastoral Council, Mr Thomas Rosario - ICYM Animator, Pradeep Rosario - President Bantwal deanery, Jenita Lobo - Immediate Past President and Josly Rosario - Secretary were the dignitaries present on the dais.

To prepare for the theme of the celebration, ICYM Kuppepadav unit had organised Online competitions for all the children of the church. The events were as follows : 

• Age group ranging from 3-5yrs : Attractive photo competition,
• 1st-4th std : Fancy dress
• 5th-7th std : Collage making
• 8th-10th std : Mask preparing competition

The winners were awarded on this occasion. Children who had won various State , interstate competitions were also honoured. Fr Gratian Alvares congratulated each & every winner and all the participants for taking time and showing their support. The program was compered by Jenisha lobo. Reenal Pinto proposed vote of thanks.
