Mangaluru : Easter Vigil celebrated at Our Lady of Pompei Church Gurpur

Mangaluru, Apr 7 : Easter Vigil was celebrated at Our Lady of Pompei Church Gurpur on the eve of April 3, 2021.

The ceremony began with the lighting of Easter candle, followed by eucharistic celebration led by Fr. Joseph Martis, Fr. Antony Lobo and Fr. Pius Pinto. Over 1000 parishioners gathered at the church ground for the holy mass. Main sponsors were felicitated with the blessed candles at the beginning. Former Gurkars (ward representatives) were honored for their service.
