ICYM Kelarai spreads Awareness on Drug Abuse through Bike Rally and Street Play

Mangaluru, Oct 6 : ICYM Kelarai took initiative and successfully conducted a Street Play on 1st October 2023 after the 7 a.m Eucharistic Mass in front of St. Anne Church Kelarai to create awareness among the youth and all the parishioners about the importance of prohibiting the usage of drugs and the effects of drug abuse. The main message of this street play was to “SAY NO TO DRUGS AND LEAD A HEALTHY HAPPY LIFE ”.

The street play was followed by a bike rally with Anti- Drug posters to create awareness on drug abuse. The Members of ICYM Kelarai exhibited a Street play in Neermarga junction to create awareness against drugs among the locals. The rally proceeded to Bitthupade creating awareness against drugs among the public. The members of ICYM Kelarai and parishioners actively took part in the rally to make this event a success.
