Mangaluru, Feb 6 : “No matter the circumstances that you may be going through, just push through it.”

ICYM PALDANE organised a one day football and lagori match for all the members of the Paldane parish on 29th January 2023. The event was organised at Mangala Magnus grounds located near Mangala college at Paldane.

As the chief guest of this event Mr. Elias Fernandes , Director Four Winds Mass Communication encouraged all the players for a healthy game and wished them good luck.
Alongside the GUEST OF HONOUR Rev. Fr. Alban Dsouza, Parish Priest, St. Teresa of Kolkata Church gave motivation and energetic speech to all the parish members.
Roshan Lasrado , Parish Council Vice President began the event with an oath taking ceremony. Also Mr. Austin Monteiro , Parish Council Secretary provided encouraging support to all the players .

Event began with the inauguration of trophies and a small gaming ceremony. There were different sets of lagori and football matches in which parish members of all age groups actively participated and showed team spirit and hardwork.

The day ended with a Felicitation ceremony. Even with a win here and a loss there people enthusiastically took part in all the events and made the day a joyous and memorable one.
