ICYM Thannirbavi Unit celebrates 'Laudato Si Sunday'

Mangaluru, July 21 : ICYM unit of Our Lady of Fatima Church, Thannirbavi celebrated LAUDATO SI SUNDAY at the Church Campus on 16th July 2023 at 8:45 am.

Glanita Dsouza Secretary of the Unit welcomed the guest for the day Rev. Fr. Lawrence Dsouza, The Parish Priest and Darvin Coelho, Vice - President Parish Pastoral Council, Youth Congress Ward President.

The Chief guest for the day Rev. Fr. Lawrence DSouza highlighted the importance of protecting the environment and how youth play a major role in it.

The Parish Priest and the Vice President of the Parish Pastoral council planted plants in the church premises along with the ICYM members. The ICYM member not only planted the plants but also took an oath to protect them.
