Independence Day celebrations at Valencia Church

Mangaluru, Aug 15 : Church of St Vincent Ferrer, Valencia celebrated India's Independence Day at the church grounds on 15th August 2023 at 7.15am

The day began with Holy Mass which was celebrated by Assistant parish priest Fr Vijay Monterio along with Parish Priest Fr Roque Dsa and Fr William Barracas.

Flag hoisting ceremony was held after the mass.The flag was hoisted by Fr Roque DSa. Ex-Service men were honoured during the occasion.

Fr Roque DSa Parish Priest , Fr Vijay Monterio Asst PP, Parish council vice-president Ronald Rodrigues ,secretary Rita Menezes and parishioners were present during the program.
