Mangaluru, May 8 : Sr Mary Theresa belonging to the congregation of the Franciscan Servants of Mary (FSM) passed away on May 8, 2023. She was 90 years old and residing at Nazareth Convent, Balmatta.

She has served as a Kindergarten teacher at Nazareth Kindergarten and St Joseph's Kindergarten Karwar. She served as Superior of Nazareth convent Balmatta, St Joseph's convent Karwar, St Paul's convent Vittla and Assisi Nivas Nainadu.

Sr Mary's Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 10.30 am in Our Lady of Miracles church , Milagres, Mangalore.
