Kasaragod, March 14 : First Degree College of the Mangalore Diocese in Kasargod District was blessed and inaugurated on Thursday 9th March 2017 by Most Rev. Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza, Bishop of Mangalore. Mr. Ivan D’Souza - Chief Whip, Karnataka Legislative Council inaugurated the Computer Lab; Mr. Stanley Fernandes , NRI Oman inaugurated the Staff Room donated by Mr. Ronald Colaco , NRI, UAE. Mr. Roy Castelino inaugurated the College Library donated by Kuwait Canara Welfare Association.

V. Rev. Fr Vincent D’Souza , Manager as well as the Founder of the new college welcomed all. Sr. Jeeva Chako , Principal read the brief report of the College. Bishop honored the main sponsors, engineer Mr. Paulson, contractor Mr. William Crasta. Adv. Thomas D’Souza gave vote of thanks. Mrs. Anitha D’Souza, Mr. Jayaram, Miss. Deepa compered the Programme.
