Kollangana Church is dedicated to St Thomas the Apostle. It came into existence in the year 1998. Church is 60 km away from Mangalore and 7 km away from Kasaragod.
Decennial Celebrations of Kollangana Church :
The decennial celebrations of St Thomas the Apostle Church, Kollangana were held at the church premises in May 2008.
In the beginning, the holy Eucharist was held to commemorate the occasion. Rt Rev Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza, Bishop of Mangalore was the chief celebrant.
There was a stage programme that was held after the mass. Fr Vincent D’Souza, parish priest of the church was honoured on the occasion.
