Moodbidri, Dec 27 : Corpus Christi Church Moodbidri organised Christmas Bandhutva on the theme "ಕ್ರಿಸ್ಮಸ್ ಬಂಧುತ್ವ ಸಾಮರಸ್ಯದ ಸಮತ್ವ" on Wednesday, 22nd December 2021 at 5.00 p.m. in Church Main Hall. Leaders from Muslim and Hindu communities were invited and also prominent personalities from all communities from the surroundings. Gurkars from each ward invited other community members from their wards. Parish Council members and ward committee members were also present.

V. Rev. Fr. Paul Sequeira presided over the function.

Main guests were Rev. Immanuel Jaikar - CSI Church, Padu Marnadu, Mohammed Mustafa Yemaani - Khateeb Badriya Jumma Maseedi, L| Shivaprasad Hegde MJF - Training Incharge A.G. Soans Industrial Training Centre, Shri Norbert Martis - Principal Govt. Pre University College Kokradi Belthangady.

Vice President John Menezes welcomed the guests and Viola Lasrado compeered the function.

All the guests spoke and highlighted the unity among the communities and the contribution of Catholic community to others which is admirable.

President of the gathering V. Rev. Fr. Paul Sequeira appreciated the contribution of Christian community to keep our area in peace and communal harmony.

Secretary Ronald Serrao gave vote of thanks.

The gathering brought the communities in Moodbidri more closer and also highlighted the communal harmony among communities in Moodbidri.
