Moodbidri, April 5 : On April 2 evening at 6:30 pm, ICYM unit of St Ignatius Loyola Church, Paladka organized "Taize Prayer" for all the youths and parishioners.
Parish priest Fr Elias Dsouza, vice-president of Parish council Avil Dsouza, sisters of Paladka convent, ICYM animator Prajwal Dsouza and parishioners along with all ICYM members were present for the prayer.

Taize prayer was led by Roydon Fernandes. Prayer was centered around the Holy Cross and also involved recital hymns, special prayers on individuals, meditation and liturgical readings.
It was a unique way to praise and worship God and it was a wonderful experience for parishioners and all youths.
The members of ICYM helped to decorate the altar of the holy cross with lamps.
