Grand celebration of Annual Feast at St Francis Xavier Church, Saverapura

Moodbidri, Dec 3 : Grand celebration of the Annual Parish Feast was held at St Francis Xavier Church, Saverapura, Murkoth Palke on 3rd December 2023 at 10.30 am. Vicar Forane of Moodbidri Deanery V Rev Fr Onil Dsouza was the main celebrant of the festal mass, wherein he delivered a meaningful homily.

Parish priest Rev Fr Noel Mascarenhas, Rev Fr Ashwil Dias and many other Redemptorist and deanery priests concelebrated the mass, with the participation of a large number of faithful. The church choir sang melodious hymns.

Parish Priest Fr Noel thanked the parish pastoral committee members and all those who helped in the grand celebration of the feast.

Prior to the solemn festal mass, the parish priest distributed ‘Candles of Honor’ to all those who had contributed towards the feast and to all the sponsors of the annual feast.

After the mass, the children entertained the gathering with some games.
