Moodbidri, June 21 : St Antony Ward of St Francis Xavier Church, Saverapura , Murkoth Palke celebrated their Patron St Anthony's Feast on June 18, 2023. The ward members offered thanksgiving mass in the morning by arranging meaningful liturgy.

The members gathered in the evening at Herald Dsouza's house for a gettogether. Parish Priest Rev Fr Noel Mascarenhas, Redemptorist Rector Rev Fr Gabriel Lobo, Redempotorist priest Rev Fr Dony Cardoza , Parish Secretary Vincent Dsouza, Gurkarn Irene Dcosta were the dignitaries present on the dais.

The program began with prayer. Fr Gabriel Lobo gave reflection on the Word of God.

Ward members entertained the gathering with dances, SCC songs, quiz and housie housie game.

Vincent Dsouza and Fr Noel Mascarenhas gave their message on the occasion. Fr Noel lauded the ward members for honoring the patron in such a meaningful way.

Gurkarn Irene Dcosta welcomed the gathering, former Gurkar Wilson Dsouza compered the program and proposed vote of thanks. Around 75 people participated in the celebration.
