Moodbidri, Mar 19 : Catholic Sabha Moodbidri Deanery is on the verge of silver jubilee and various programmes are organised throughout the year.

On Sunday 19 March  2017, Catholic Sabha organised Moodbidri Deanery level Christian Entrepreneurs' Conference at Corpus Christi Church hall here, where nearly 300 entrepreneurs / businesspersons participated. CSM Deanery Spiritual Director V. Rev. Fr. Paul Sequeira inaugurated the function and appreciated Catholic Sabha's efforts on strenghtening society.

Famous entrepreneur from Mangalore Mr. Walter DSouza was the chief guest whereas famous entrepreneur from Moodbidri Mr. Bonaventure Menezes was the guest of honour. CSM Deanery President Melwyn DCosta Gantalkatte presided over the function.

Resource persons, famous Chartered Accountants Mr. Rudolf Rodrigues and Mr. Colin Rodrigues gave valuable information on GST, Income Tax and Commercial Tax. They also held interactive sessions on various current issues.

The seniormost 14 entrepreneurs / businesspersons from 14 parish units were honoured for their service to the society.

CSM Silver Jubilee Committee Convener Gerald DCosta Siddakatte in his introductory speech, gave a glimpse of silver jubilee programmes and extended a warm welcome to all. Ronald Serrao  compered the programme and  CSM Secretary Lloyd Rego thanked one and all.

The programme concluded with lunch.
