Puttur, Sep 16 : Teachers' Day Celebration Programme was held in St Victor's English Medium Higher Primary School on 2nd September 2022, at Mai de Deus church hall at 10:00am. The Correspondent Rev. Fr Lawrance Mascarenhas, and the P.T.A Committee members were invited for the function. The programme started with a prayer dance. Master Manvith of Std 7 welcomed the gathering. Kum. Anvitha of class 7 gave a speech about the importance of the day.

On behalf of all the students of the school, the S.P.L, union leaders and class leaders greeted the teachers with flowers. Cultural programmes were conducted by the students. The students of Std 5, 6, and 7 greeted the teachers by a wishing song. Dance by the students of Std 2-4 and Kodava dance by the students of Std 7 was well performed.

In memory of golden jubilee celebration, P.T.A Vice president Mr.Ullas Pai along with the committee members conducted some games for the teachers. They conducted a Guruvandana programme to the beloved correspondent and to all the staff members. They honored the staff members by giving the mementos and distributed the prizes for winners.

P.T.A Vice president Mr. Ullas Pai spoke a few words regarding teachers' day and wished all the teachers. Students arranged some lucky games on 26.08.2022 for teachers on account of teachers' day. Prizes were distributed by theCorrespondent.

In his presidential address, Correspondent said, this is the first occasion where the P.T.A Committee members greeted the teachers. He wished and blessed the teachers by appreciating their dedicated service and commitment.

On behalf of all the teachers, the Headmaster Mr. Harry D Souza thanked the P.T.A Committee members, teachers and the students for arranging such a beautiful programme. Thus the programme was concluded with the vote of thanks by master Bhavish of Std 7. Kum. Rimsha and Kum. Amna were the M.Cs of this programme. Sweets were distributed to the students.
