Mangaluru, Sep 16 : Hindi, the official language of our nation, dates back to the origin of our very land ‘Bharat’. Hindi Divas is an opportunity given to us by the Government of India to celebrate and cherish this language in its birth land. Hindi Divas was celebrated on the 14th of September 2021 in Mount Carmel Central School.

With the current situation of the pandemic, they weren’t able to showcase the celebration to the students in their school premises. But facing the pandemic with a positive aspect they streamed onboard YouTube, thus creating awareness of Hindi language to their students and viewers. The students of class 7 gave the program a head start invoking blessings of the almighty. For the promotion of Hindi as a language the students came up with beautiful and meaningful poems and displayed the beauty of our Official language in ways unknown.

The celebration came to an end with the respected Principal enlightening everyone with her encouraging words emphasising on the use of Hindi language in our day-to-day lives. To mark this day the following online competitions were organised for the students class-wise.
