Mangaluru , Feb 24 : St Agnes School , Bendore organized Personality Development programme for the students of grade X on 19th February 2021. Mrs. Patsy Lobo, President of Catholic Association of South Canara (CASK ) was the main organizer. The other resource persons were Mr. Derick Lobo, Ms Arthi Kamath, Ms. Joan Lobo, Mrs. Patricia Mathias and Mrs. Uma Rao. The President of CASK Mrs Patsy Lobo welcomed the students. The programme began with warm up activities wherein students were asked to identify their qualities and appreciate the qualities of their friends.

Mrs. Patsy Lobo touched on the topics- Self-confidence, Self-awareness and Exam stress. She insisted the students to organize their day to day work, block out distractions, eat healthy food, stay fit, to choose their career wisely and avoid procrastination. Mr. Derick Lobo guided the students on the different streams and also educated them on the importance of soft skill in order to lead a successful life. Ms. Arthi Kamath focused on study and memory techniques. The importance of cultivating happiness in a person's life was emphasized by Mrs.Usha Rao.

The talk concluded with a dance session led by Ms. Joan Lobo. Every student was awarded with a merit certificate by the CASK team. Students were very enthusiastic and gained a lot of knowledge through this Seminar.
