Mangaluru, Sep 1, 2023 : A folk dance is a dance that reflects the life of the people of a certain country or region. To help the students get a feel of this, the primary students of grades 3, 4 and 5 were asked to exhibit their dancing skills by exposing them to a non- filmi Folk Dance competition.

True to the theme, the vivacious dancers set the floor on fire with their energetic performances and this was a reflection of their passion and hard work. The choreography, rhythm, synchronization, and presentation of all the students were very good.

The air became alive as the dancers, clad in vibrant and flashy accouterment, whirled and twirled to the rhythmic beats of melodious, peppy numbers. It was a challenge for the judges to pick out the winners.
