Officials in Syria say a sleeper cell from the Islamic State group was behind the deadly attack on the Mar Elias Greek Orthodox Church in Damascus, which left at least 25 people dead. The group had also planned to target a Shiite shrine. Funerals for the victims began this week, with Church leaders condemning the violence as a "heinous massacre."
