Belthangady, Oct 5 : On the occasion of Nativity of Mother Mary, ICYM Belthangady Deanery conducted "ಮೊಗಾ ಪಾಳ್ಣೆಂ-2023" a Selfie contest with family.

Monthi feast being a family feast where the whole family gathers together and they have a delicious festive meal. To double this happiness "ನವೆಂ ಜೆoವ್ಚೆo ವೆಳಿo ಕುಟ್ಮಾ ಸಾoಗಾತಾ ತಸ್ವೀರ್ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೊ" was held for the families of Belthangady Deanery.

The Participants were asked to send a selfie with their family while having the festive meal. Deadline for the entries was set on 12th of September 2023 by 7pm. The winners were announced on 18th September 2023.

Large number of families from different parishes of Belthangady deanery took active part in this competition.

The winners of this competition are :

First place: Baptist Lobo and family of St Peter Claver Church, Arva
Second place: Apoline D'Souza and family of St Francis Xavier Church, Indabettu
Third place : Jeevan Pinto and family of Most Holy Redeemer Church, Belthangady

The prizes were distributed to the winners on 24th September 2023 in their respective churches.
