Kirem, Nov 12 : ICYM Kirem Unit organised Children's day - 2019 on Sunday, 10th November 2019 at 11:00am . The celebration began with the prayer song led by ICYM youths.

Makwyn Vas–President, ICYM Kirem unit welcomed the guests and the gathering. Rev. Fr Victor D'mello - Parish Priest presided and inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp along with Fr Praveen Aranha SVD, Sr Philomena Sequeira, Burton Sequeira vice-president parish pastoral council, Anitha D'souza secretary and Br Pradeep Rodrigues who were the dignitaries of the programme . Fr Victor D'mello addressed the gathering.

It was a fun-filled day for the children of Kirem. It began with a speech by Fr Praveen Aranha SVD who addressed the children and encouraged them to work hard and obey their elders. Various activities and action songs were organised.

Venisha Rodrigues, Secretary, ICYM Kirem unit proposed the vote of thanks.The program was compered by Edel Saldanha. 120 children were present. The program concluded with delicious lunch.
