Nirkan, March 29 : Maundy Thursday was observed with devotion at St Thomas the Apostle Church, Nirkan on 28th March 2024 at 5:00pm.

Maundy Thursday is a day of reflection and preparation for Good Friday and Easter Sunday that commemorates the Last Supper and Washing of the Feet of Jesus Christ with his disciples.

Rev Fr Vijay Joel D’Souza,OP presided over the celebration and Rev Fr Leo William Lobo, the parish priest concelebrated the mass in the presence of faithful in the remembrance of the day.
