Urwa - Mangaluru, Aug 8 : The Indian Council Youth Movement (ICYM) Urwa Unit organized a Dynamic & Interactive Event titled " Tween Sparkz " for the Young Youths from Class 5th to Class 12th on 3rd August 2025 at 8:15 am at the Immaculate Conception Chruch Hall , Urwa. 107 students participated in that Event.

The Event Commenced by giving thanks to Almighty God with a prayer song by the ICYM members. The President of the ICYM Urwa Unit , Clement Mascarenhas welcomed the dignitaries with roses as a gesture of respect and then he welcomed all the gathering.

The Inauguration program began by the Rev Fr. Benjamin Pinto , Parish Priest ; Rev Fr. Lanson Pinto , Assistant Parish Priest ; Mr. Llyod Lobo , President of Urwa chruch ; Mrs.Sheela Mascarenhas , Secretary of Urwa Chruch ; Mr.Kevin Martis , 21 Commissions' Convener.
The Inaugural program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Sandhya D'Souza , Secretary of ICYM Urwa unit.

After the Inauguration program , an Educational Talk was given to the Children on the topic " Cleanliness & Healthy Habits" by Mr.Neil D'Souza , Animator of ICYM Urwa unit.

Then the event was followed by mass at the Urwa chruch . After the mass, all the children gathered in the Hall again & Mid morning snacks were provided to them. Mr. Lanwin Lobo & ICYM members conducted some fun & joyful Activities for the Young youths . Later , Rev Fr. Lanson Pinto , Assistant Parish Priest conducted the Bible Quiz for them . Then the Lunch was provided in the Afternoon.

After the lunch , Collage Making & cooking without fire Competition were conducted for all the children . All the Children, enthusiastically participated & enjoyed the Event . Later , ICYM members distributed Prizes to all the children.

The Event came to an end at 4:00 pm in the evening and all the children were provided with snacks.
