Mangaluru, July 25 : On 15th July 2025, a spiritually uplifting Taizé Prayer Session was held at St. Thomas Church, Ammembal, organized by ICYM Ammembal unit in collaboration with ICYM Mangalore South Deanery, as part of the Journey of the KRYC Cross.
The prayer was conducted by Rev. Fr Suraj Lobo, Assistant Parish Priest of St. Monica Church, Kumbla. His gentle and prayerful leadership helped the gathered youth and parishioners enter into deep reflection, silence, and communion with the Lord. His words and guidance brought immense peace to the hearts of all present.

The soulful choir was led by Br Rony from Ammembal along with the youth of ICYM Ammembal Unit, who enriched the experience through melodious Taizé hymns and chants.
Youth from various units of Mangalore South Deanery and Ammembal parishioners actively participated in the prayer. The session created a deeply moving atmosphere, encouraging everyone to pause, pray, and prepare spiritually for the symbolic and meaningful KRYC Cross Journey.
