Manjeshwar, July 24 : ICYM unit of Our Lady of Mercy Church, Manjeshwar organised workshop on artificial intelligence (AI), for all the parishioners on 20 July 2025, from 9:30 AM to 12:30pm. The training was given under the guidance of Rev. Fr. Anil Ivan Fernandes.
The training session was inaugurated by Fr. Edwin Francis Pinto, who also delivered the keynote address. Mr. Vijith Dsouza, Vice President of the Parish Pastoral Council, and Mrs. Christine Dsouza , Secretary, were the chief guests. They were welcomed by ICYM joint secretory.

On this occasion, all youth members were invited to participate in the training. The session covered the following topics:
- Basics of AI
- AI chatbots
- Image to Video
- Sound effects
- Music
- PPT preparation
- Text-to-voice and other applications
All youth were asked to participate in large numbers and take advantage of the opportunity. There were total of 32 participants
Joint secretary proposed the vote of thanks. And at last ICYM president and secretary had presented token of love for resource person Fr Anil Ivan Fernandes.
